Osteopathic treatment for adults
I started working in the health system as a paramedic and had the privilege to enjoy some extensive training in hospitals during that time. I soon came to realize that for my further education I needed a more patient-centered approach and this led me to the roots of European osteopathy: London.
After four years I graduated in 2002 with a BSc(Hons) at the British School of Osteopathy in London and travelled to New Zealand where I continued my training and experience in the field of osteopathy.
I returned to Germany in 2005 and have since been working in my practice in Berlin as a registered Heilpraktiker and Osteopath.
I am a member of the „Verband der Osteopathen in Deutschland“ (VOD – „German Osteopathic Association“).

If you haven’t been treated by me before, please select the “Erstbehandlung” option when booking your appointment.

+49 30 200 922 44
Please note that, in the interest of and out of consideration for other patients, appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A fee of €50 will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
An osteopathic treatment for adults costs €110 (approx. 60 minutes).
! Important!
Payment is due on-site and after the treatment. Please bring an appropriate electronic payment method (e.g., debit card). Unfortunately, cash cannot be accepted.
You will receive a receipt for payment upon request. An invoice will be sent to you afterward for your records or to submit to your health insurance provider.
Billing is based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). The costs are generally covered by private health insurance companies at the agreed-upon rate.
For several years now, an increasing number of statutory health insurance companies, such as TK, BKK, and AOK, have also been covering part of the costs of osteopathic treatments in some federal states. Please contact your insurance company directly for information on this and your applicable rate.
A doctor’s referral or prescription for osteopathic treatment may be required with statutory health insurance companies. Please also contact your insurance company directly for information on this before treatment.

The principle of osteopathy relates, on the one hand, to the mobility of the body as a whole, and on the other hand, to the inherent movements of the tissues, individual body parts, and organ systems, as well as their interaction.
From the osteopathic perspective, when this mobility is restricted, so-called somatic dysfunctions arise. These need to be identified and resolved.
Detecting a dysfunction requires long and intensive training of palpatory skills. Osteopathic treatment is performed using specifically developed osteopathic techniques and exclusively with the hands.
The goal of osteopathic treatment is to support the body in restoring its natural balance by improving the mobility of the affected structure.
Osteopathy does not limit itself to treating isolated symptoms, but always views the human being as a whole. The patient is considered in their entirety – both as a unity of body, mind, and soul, and in terms of their physical unity on all levels.
Therefore, osteopathy does not treat diseases, but people.
